Patti Sarvis-Horowitz, MSW, LCSW
Patti earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1991 and her Master of Social Work Degree from Florida State in 1993. Since that time she has worked as a social worker providing case management services, foster parent training, counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health assessments. She has been conducting adoption home studies since 2000 in both Florida and Georgia. She has been with CCAI since 2004 and lives in Tallahassee, Florida.
